Opdrachtomschrijving:

 

 

 

 

 De opdrachtgever wil de Product Security Incident Response Team-capaciteiten voor medische apparatuur, software en digitale dienstverlening professionaliseren. De consultant leidt de analyse, het ontwerp en de implementatievoorbereiding van een toekomstbestendig PSIRT-programma. Doel is een praktisch operating model te ontwikkelen voor de samenwerking tussen klanten, fabrikant en regionale organisatie.
 Verantwoordelijkheden:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

De consultant brengt bestaande processen, verantwoordelijkheden, governance en complianceverplichtingen in kaart en voert een gap assessment uit ten opzichte van relevante wetgeving, normen en PSIRT-best practices. Op basis daarvan worden een Target Operating Model, governanceframework, RACI, escalatiemodel, communicatieprocessen, KPI’s en rapportagestructuren ontwikkeld. Daarnaast stelt de consultant procedures, workflows en playbooks op voor vulnerability intake, triage, escalatie, customer security communications en security advisories.

De rol omvat intensieve afstemming met Service Operations, Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Information Security en de business. Ook faciliteert de consultant interviews, workshops, managementreviews en besluitvorming door het steering committee.
 Criteria:

 

 

 

 

 

 Gezocht wordt een inhoudelijk sterke PSIRT-specialist met ervaring in product cybersecurity, vulnerability management, medische apparatuur of Healthcare IT. Kennis van ISO 13485, ISO 14971, ISO 27001, MDR, NIS2, CRA, AI Act en Data Act is belangrijk.

Dit is nadrukkelijk geen reguliere projectmanagementrol. Diepgaande vakkennis, procesontwerp, governance, stakeholdermanagement en pragmatische implementatiekracht zijn essentieel.
 Wensen:

 

 

 

 

 -Ervaring binnen medical devices, diagnostic imaging, Clinical IT, healthcare technology of gereguleerde productieomgevingen.
-CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor of ISO 13485 Lead Auditor is een sterke pre.
-PMP of PRINCE2 Practitioner is een pre, maar een formele projectmanagementcertificering is niet verplicht.
-Brings good humor!
-Meerdere jaren ervaring als zzp’er in de IT
