Capable of managing specialists in this area to support the business.

Company sells and services medical image diagnostic solutions across Europe. European headquarters near Amsterdam and sales offices in 8 european countries that sell and service the equipment including a partner network in 30+ other countries. In total there are 1600 employees.

Taken:

• Defines, structures and maintains processes around the planning & control cyclus of the company
• Translate strategy into clear KPI’s & Metrics enabling the organization to obtain actionable insight.
• Spot market trends & developments; Evaluate and advise the management about the impact (opportunities & threats) for the organization.
• Provide recommendations (opportunities, improvement initiatives) & predictions to MT and senior management.
• Analyze, including root cause, and report deviations from goals set by MT
• Strategic scenario analysis
• Support business case creation in scope for business development and building new business models.
